Job Description:
Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and security of people and property? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to deter unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and provide assistance to employees and visitors when needed.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Write clear and concise incident reports detailing any security-related incidents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security or military experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid security guard license or ability to obtain one (if applicable in your region).
